Our Sales Development Representative (SDR) has a key role in helping prospects discover their need for cybersecurity awareness training. In this role, you will be provided with the industryβs leading tools to help you develop prospecting plans and drive quality leads to our Regional Account Manager team. You will establish credibility and build a value based, persona driven sales plan to engage target prospects.

Responsibilities:
- Research new business accounts to identify key decision makers, understand business challenges, and build persona-based value propositions.
- Proactively develop prospecting plans to prioritize and actively engage prospective clients.
- Conduct initial discovery calls and pass qualified leads to the Regional Account Manager team.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to make and build connections with prospective clients.
- Uses Salesforce CRM to track and record sales activity.
Qualifications:
- A passion for helping potential customers tackle their cybersecurity awareness & education needs.
- Ability to effectively connect with potential customers, quickly build rapport, and uncover opportunities with a value-based approach.
- Comfortability cold calling to prospective clients.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Ability to work well in a structured sales process driven environment.
- Driven and eager to work alongside a team in meeting and exceeding company goals
