Sales Development Representative

We are looking for interested individuals to reach out to prospective clients to prequalify them for our services and set appointments or transfer qualified prospects to our enrollment representatives.

The Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact for customers who have reached out to us looking for our assistance. The SDR will be responsible for qualifying potential customers and transferring qualified customers to our certified enrollment specialists.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office position (not remote) that will require you to work in our office in West Palm Beach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle 150-200 calls per day (both inbound and outbound)
• Read from script to properly engage and pre-qualify potential clients, then transfer qualified customers to an enrollment specialist 
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor
• Identify the customers objectives and provide possible solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Some call center/sales experience is preferred
• Must have a positive, upbeat and professional attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual is a plus! 
• Proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office, Google and CRM
• Be result-driven and goal-oriented
• Must be punctual and reliable!

Hours: Mon-Thurs 9:00a-6:00p and Fridays 9:00a-5:00p

Compensation: Hourly starting at $15 per hour plus commission and bonus
