About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the Courted team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads and prospects, nurture relationships, and convert them into qualified opportunities for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation
    • Proactively research and identify potential leads and prospects through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and inbound inquiries.
  • Qualification
    • Conduct initial qualification of leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget constraints to determine if they are a good fit for our products or services.
  • Outreach
    • Initiate outbound communication with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and personalized messaging to introduce them to our solutions and create interest.
  • Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain relationships with leads and prospects, nurturing them through the sales funnel and positioning our company as a trusted partner.
  • Appointment Setting
    • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring a seamless handover of leads.
  • Data Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation efforts.
  • Market Research
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
