Sales Development Representative
Job Description
Force Therapeutics is a SaaS, digital therapeutics platform that is helping hospitals and surgeons better manage and control what happens outside the four-walls of the traditional healthcare system. Reference clients include leading academic hospital systems such as Geisinger, MGB, Dartmouth and Scripps. About the Position:
The Sales Development Representative supports the achievement of Force Therapeutics’ revenue goals and strategic objectives by providing our sales team with research on each prospective client, competitive intelligence related to the opportunity, stakeholder mapping and economic impacts (ROI). Force is in New York City, and the position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.
 Responsibilities:
- Account Mapping and Strategic Planning
- Create a repeatable account mapping format and process
- Proactively investigates challenges and opportunities our sales team may face as they move each deal through the funnel
- Using tools like Definitive, SalesForce and internet search to research stakeholders and influencers related to each opportunity
- Proactively monitors and ensures high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning and forecasting efforts
- Leverage all data available to create a compelling ROI for each customer as they explore the acquisition of the Force platform
Requirements:
- Experience working alongside a sales team in a complex sales cycle
- Performance management, a metrics-based approach and a strong results orientation is essential
- The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership ability and have strong cross-functional and team-building skills with an ability to manage effectively up, down and across an organization
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Solid presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills
- Startup and/or digital healthcare experience preferred
- BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range between $50,000 - $70,000 based on experience and location
