We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us here at GWI. Not just any Sales Development Representative though. About the jobWe’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who can own the beginning of the sales cycle. This person will partner with the GWI sales team to help drive new business. You will be joining the business during a period of rapid growth, providing a fast paced, smart and entrepreneurial environment from which there are opportunities to build, grow and develop at an unrivaled pace!
What you’ll be doingYou will be the first experience and point of contact for potential new customers at GWI. so you will need to be organized and tenacious in pursuing opportunities and leads.
- Identify new business opportunities through outbound lead generation, research and prospecting
- Manage and respond to inbound requests from prospective clients via cold calling and email
- Secure meetings for the GWI sales organization
- Analyze customer needs and identify potential solutions
- Present and explain GWI product offerings
- Prospect and make outbound calls and emails to potential clients

TechnicalWe are looking for the following skills from a technical aspect:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Nice to have
Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft or Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
CompetenciesApart from your technical skills we would love our SDR to have the following competencies
- You have a warm and empathetic approach when building relationships and you enjoy building a strong rapport with stakeholders
- You’re curious and love to ask questions and you’re not afraid of handling any objections that may come your way!
- Passionate about sales, learning and taking a customer first approach
- As an SDR at GWI, you’ll often have the opportunity to work with senior leaders as well as your direct peers, so you’ll be comfortable chatting with a diverse range of people
- You’ll be self aware and an active listener, in order to understand our clients needs
- Having an eye for detail and an organized approach to your work would be super helpful too
- Work fast but thoughtfully! Be open to making suggestions on efficiencies along the way
