Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will be primarily responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel, developing new business opportunities, and creating a strong pipeline of prospective clients for our software solutions in the digital health sector.

Responsibilities

Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.

Develop new business opportunities through active nurturing of inbound leads.

Implement strategic outbound prospecting initiatives to target healthcare organizations in key markets.

Articulate the company's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest.

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure thorough coverage of leads and optimal alignment on accounts.

Track all prospecting and lead management activities in our CRM system.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas of meetings and qualified opportunities.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the B2B digital health sector.

Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.

Strong understanding of the digital health landscape and key buyers and stakeholders.

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.

Self-starter with a track record of successful lead follow-up and proposal management.

Experience using CRM software to manage leads, track activities, and drive sales.

Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.

Monthly quota include setting 16+ meetings
