Our Sales Development Representatives are a crucial part of the company's sales organization, by helping create new sales opportunities. This job will be based in our downtown Indianapolis, IN office. Our team is currently working a hybrid schedule with 2 days per week required in office and the rest of the week is available to be work from home if desired.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for OnBoard through extensive cold calling, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Interact with prospective clients via telephone and email with a high attention to detail.
  • Partner with Account Executives to nurture ongoing strategic target clients.
  • Quickly learn the OnBoard product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions.
  • Gather key information and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) database.
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota of Sales Accepted Leads (SAL).

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
