Sales Development Representative

The Opportunity
Our Sales Development team is growing! Weâre looking for a motivated, creative, hard-working, and hungry sales development representative to bring energy and enthusiasm to the team and find and engage with new prospective customers. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our organization and who thinks long term.
The Sales Development Representative will report to the Manager, Sales Development. The team is at the front lines of the sales process, first point of contact for prospective customers, and plays an instrumental role in Brightflagâs success. Sound like a fit for you?
What You Will Be Doing
- Identify and prospect companies that need Brightflag
- Find and engage with the right people with a mix of outreach tactics (call, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strategize with the account executive team on targeted outreach programs to strategic accounts
- Build relationships with prospects
- Set meetings for the AE team that result in creating qualified opportunities
- Manage, plan, and own your time, doing what you need to crush your quotaÂ
Skills & Experience

- You have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding goals/targets/KPIs
- You pride yourself on your resilience, positive attitude, coachability, and hunger to win!
- You are skillful at managing your time and overall organization
- You understand and have experience with a multi-channel prospecting approach
- Energetic and motivated individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Ability to work individually and as part of a teamÂ
The following are a bonus!
- Experience with Business/Sales Development, Lead Generation or Telesales
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoominfo, Sales NavigatorÂ
