Sales Development Representative
Job Description
HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for inside sales lead generation, based in our Atlanta, GA Corporate HQ office. The SDR is tasked with sourcing sales leads that support and enhance MountainSeed's businesses. In order to ensure success, the SDR will use multiple methods of sourcing and partner with the various business development team members and leaders to accomplish broader goals.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL GET TO:
- Call commercial real estate owners and bank CFO's or C-suite individuals at banks and credit unions
- Use Salesforce CRM software to manage, source and organize sales leads
- Learn product offerings and articulate value proposition and prospect to win meetings
- Contact prospective customers to introduce products and services, explain product features, and schedule client meetings for Closers
- Convince others to buy products and services or to otherwise change their minds or actions
- Work with sales and marketing leaders to develop and refine outbound and inbound strategies
- Customize email outreach to obtain meetings and ensure deal success
THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent information gathering and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, SalesLoft and Salesforce CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly gain knowledge of specified products and services to be sold
- Ability to work in a result-oriented environment and meeting daily goals
- An entrepreneurial mentality that enables the incumbent to recognize and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Must be comfortable with a rapidly changing workspace
- Experience with Banking, Real Estate or Property Tax is a plus
