SUMMARY

Leap is a hyper-growth company that is leading the shift to digital operations within the home services industry. We are searching for a Sales Development Representative to join our all-star Sales team working with existing clients. This is great opportunity to represent the absolute best new product in our industry and in join a fast-paced company with lots of opportunity for advancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This is an inside sales role responsible for prospecting, lead identification and qualification
  • Serve as the first point of contact and provide product information to prospective customers
  • Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline of prospects and schedule for demos
  • Partner with existing sales team to achieve new business quotas
  • Drive traffic to Leap Webinars and online demonstrations
  • Ensure accuracy of CRM data


KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• 1+ years of call center/ cold calling experience required
• Experience managing a lead pipeline.
• Polished communication skills with the ability to clearly convey value - confident, articulate, and concise
• Detail oriented, extremely organized, self-motivated, and driven
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Ability to use a consultative selling approach


KNOWLEDGE & SKILL PREFERENCES

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • SaaS sales experience is a plus
  • Home Improvement sales experience is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience is a plus
