This outbound sales role involves making high-volume calls, leading to numerous conversations and new relationships. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in building relationships and setting appointments for our outside sales team, creating valuable opportunities that enhance our company’s profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage small businesses and schedule appointments for our outside sales team.
  • Ensure submitted appointments meet confirmation guidelines.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas, ensuring that every call is a step towards building new relationships.
  • Maintain a balance between new relationships and resetting contacts.
  • Be receptive to training and coaching for continued development and success.
  • Be present, motivated and available to work as scheduled.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Call Center experience preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Great communication skills, friendly personable attitude.
  • Professional manner.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The compensation is $19.25/hr + commission + bonuses (OTE is $55k-$70k/yr)
  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Mon-Fri Schedule - no evenings, weekends, or holidays - we're big on work/life balance!
