Job Description

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative who is looking to start their career in sales. Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, and working collaboratively with potential partners, and the commercial team. You will be accountable for outreach to potential new partners through prospecting or assigned lead buckets. You will engage in outreach through calls, emails, texting, and social media channels in order to make contact with owners, schedule a qualifying meeting, and once identified as an ideal client profile you will then schedule introduction meetings for the partner with the BDM in the assigned territory.

What you'll do:
  • Qualify and perform a needs analysis with potential partners in order to align our solutions to their needs and business objectives
  • Analyzing effectiveness of outbound campaigns & scripts
  • Provide feedback to management about ongoing trends in the industry
  • Calling on key decision-makers using phone, email & social touches with the goal of bringing on new business.
  • Present, promote and build interest for the Fresha ecosystem as the first point of contact for potential partners who meet the criteria.
  • Work closely with the BDM team on communicating partner needs and account details to prepare them for the scheduled introduction meeting.
  • Record all activity and maintain accurate contact records in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Ensure that all potential partners are assigned to the relevant BDM in the territory
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
