About the role:

The Sales Development Representative role is focused on creating a consistent flow of quality new business opportunities for Listrak’s Sales Team. Successful candidates will enjoy a high degree of autonomy combined with structured and supportive training and coaching. You will prospect and qualify new business opportunities leveraging the latest in technology and tools available. The successful candidate will enjoy close contact with sales and a strong lead generation/marketing support team.   

  • Reaching out to prospective clients and setting qualified appointments for Sales Managers 
  • Generating and qualifying new leads 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic outreach initiatives 
  • Use CRM & SEP to efficiently manage leads and activities 
  • Effectively demonstrate and communicate the value proposition of Listrak 

This position will work from our Lititz, PA HQ office at least 2 days per week 

You have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in business or marketing 
  • Experience within B2B sales, preferably in technology, software or SaaS  
  • Excellent time management and organization skills 
  • Drive to meet and exceed sales goals 
  • Self-Starter who creatively embraces daily outbound sales efforts 
  • Familiarity with retail brands and online merchants 
  • Strong communication skills with C-Suite and high-level contacts 
  • An understanding of technological concepts
