Sales Development Representative

SalesRiver, a leading sales management platform is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and customer-focused Sales Development Representative to join its team. As a member of the SalesRiver sales team, you will be part of an outstanding team of professionals that delivers a unique sales platform to customers from different industries including life insurance, health insurance, medicare and others. SalesRiver is a first-of-its-kind platform that is designed to improve sales performance by expanding organizational capabilities in four areas: customer acquisition, lead and call routing, performance insights, and sales team management. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for growing sales by reaching out to potential customers, generating interest, and qualifying prospects.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers and qualify them for sales opportunities
• Generate interest in SalesRiver's unique platform through outbound calls and emails
• Make connections with sales professionals in the customer's organization to build meaningful relationships
• Identify and document customer requirements to relay to the SalesRiver team
• Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and prioritize sales opportunities
• Manage inbound sales inquiries

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other team members
• Comfortable working independently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively
