Job Description

Caliber is seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our team locally in Scottsdale, AZ. 

As a Sales Development Representative for our real estate financial group, your role will be crucial in generating and qualifying leads, and ultimately turning them into appointments for our Wealth Development team. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will play a key role in attracting potential investors and clients to our firm.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients and investors to introduce our real estate investment and development firm.
  • Send compelling emails to nurture leads, establish relationships, and schedule appointments.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and financial capacities to ensure alignment with our investment opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, prospects, and interactions in our CRM system (such as HubSpot or Outlook).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and refine lead generation campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to provide feedback on lead quality, campaigns, and market trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (required unless otherwise stated):

  • Proven success in high volume cold calling, preferably in finance or real estate industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Hubspot for lead management.
  • Interest in finance and/or real estate investing.
  • Ability to reach or exceed appointment setting goals.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use best judgement to work through challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to adapt to processes and deal with ambiguity.
  • Clear, effective oral and written communication skills are required, must be careful listener and clear communicator.

Physical Demands:

This job operates in a professional office environment with occasional travel. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. The employee frequently communicates with internal team members, investors, and vendors. This role must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. This role constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine and printer and occasionally moves items up to 50 lbs. for various projects.
