ABOUT THE ROLE:

Looking to establish a career in tech sales? No tech experience? Don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know! HiveWatch is in search of a Sales Development Representative. This role offers a unique opportunity to join one of LA’s fastest growing tech-startups and serve as a founding member of our SDR team. 

This position is perfect for driven, creative, results-oriented individuals who are looking to break into a career in tech sales and have a keen interest in building at an early stage startup. As a founding SDR, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help build our sales development organization and establish initial process, messaging, and cadence for our growing team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Strategically partner with Account Executives to identify target accounts within your region
  • Identify champions and key stakeholders in target accounts
  • Follow-up with inbound marketing generated leads
  • Discover new leads and opportunities through internet research and social media monitoring with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Twitter
  • Build revenue pipeline through setting introductory meetings with stakeholders and decision makers
  • Drive integrity within our prospecting pipeline, CRM data, and early-stage forecasting
  • Consistently achieve, and exceed, call, email, and meeting targets 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • A builder and owner mindset - take charge and do what needs to be done to achieve your objectives
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced, high energy environment
  • Have a bias towards action and urgency, while also being able to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal or written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM’s such as HubSpot or Salesforce and sales tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • A competitive team player, who operates each day with integrity and tenacity 

ADDITIONAL INFO:

  • Salary for this position: $65,000 per year
  • Eligible to participate in HiveWatch Equity Incentive Plan
