Sales Development Representative
Job Description
As an SDR, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Create brand awareness among the real estate agent community
- Act as the first point of contact to realtors and schedule qualified meetings for UpEquity Advisors.
- High level of outbound calling to qualified realtors
- Build and manage a pipeline of agents, ensuring white glove service
- Educate realtors on the value of UpEquity and its products
- Grow our brand with a positive, effective, and fun reputation.
- Convene with your manager about sales metrics, tracking, reporting and status/dependencies.

Important Details:
- You must reside in Austin or be willing to self-relocate
- You must be willing to work 100% in the office
