Sales Development Representative I:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) I for MatrixCare's Home and Hospice Business Vertical, you will turn cold calls into dollars by focusing on outbound lead generation and creating new qualified opportunities for your assigned Net New Regional Sales Director.
In this role, you'll work cohesively with our sales teams and be responsible for bringing in new logos and customers through cold calling, relationship building, and helping to create effective sales campaigns.

Description:
- Grow and build pipeline through cold prospecting calls and emails within assigned vertical market to create sales qualified leads for our Net New sales team.
- Work closely with the assigned Regional Sales Directors (RSD's) to create and prioritize target account and contact lists and schedule discovery calls.
- Consistently achieve monthly quotas of scheduled demo meetings and qualified opportunities.
- Conduct high-level conversations and written correspondence with executives in prospect accounts.
- Capture communications in Salesforce and follow all other sales funnel and process best practices.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing on projects that help drive revenue growth.
- Participate in industry conferences and tradeshows and provide occasional onsite booth management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience
Required:
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred, with high volume cold-calling, prospecting, and securing qualified leads for a sales team. Other relevant sales experience also welcomed.
- Results oriented and driven with a track record of being able to deliver in a time sensitive, goal-focused environment.
- Confident, persuasive, and clear communicator (both written and verbal), able to be a compelling story-teller at all levels of an organization.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude, capable of being resilient in the face of challenges.
- Skilled at building rapport, think and react quickly and to be assertive and consultative on calls and email communications, without being aggressive.
- Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process.
- Must be able to work independently and reliably with high-energy, yet able to foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment.
- Experience using Salesforce or any other CRM is a plus.
- Ability to travel 5-10%, as needed to assigned conferences.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

Base Pay Range for this position:
23.48 - 29.35 - 35.22 USD Hourly
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
