Reporting to the Director of Beyond's Commercial Segment, you will have the opportunity to help us build our Host-focused business and accelerate our growth. As our Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Converting signups into active users by assisting with account connections
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to share and learn from best practices
  • Demonstrating a sound understanding of how the overall business solution is positioned, deployed and supported 
  • Creating a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience 
  • Driving net new pipeline and revenue growth through inbound lead qualification
  • Generating sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using Beyond’s qualification criteria
  • Researching accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Consistently achieving quota to ensure future growth of the business

  • A highly collaborative cross functional team mate who acts as a partner, driving success for local and global stakeholders
  • Exceptional in communication and organization skills
  • Able to prioritize and execute in a dynamic fast-paced environment 

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate: 

  • 2+ years experience working in Sales Development
  • Willing and able to work the U.S. EST time zone
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and apply effective inbound prospecting strategies and techniques
  • Confidence in picking up the phone and smoothly conversing with prospects
  • Demonstrated history of resilience, curiosity, optimism, and a solutions-oriented mentality
  • A track record of overachieving against defined metrics
  • Experience with Salesforce and Sales Automation/Engagement platform
  • Bonus points for familiarity with the short-term rental market

  • Meet with a member of our Executive Team
