About the jobWe’re looking for Sales Development Representatives who will own the very beginning of the sales cycle. A huge amount of learning and development, because as an SDR, you’ll partner with the great GWI sales team to help drive new business! You’ll be joining us during a period of rapid and exciting growth, providing a fast paced, smart and entrepreneurial environment from which there are opportunities to build.
What you’ll be doing- You’ll arrange meetings and pitches for the sales team, with potential clients, who range from huge media enterprises to small boutique marketing agencies
- Identify brand new business opportunities through outbound lead generation, research and prospecting
- Manage and respond to requests from prospective clients via outbound calls and emails
- It's important to understand our customer needs, so you’ll analyse your client requirements and identify potential solutions for them
- You’ll present and explain GWI product offerings to clients, via Zoom or in person (hopefully soon!)

TechnicalÂ- Excellent communication and presentation skills, we’ll support you through this of course
- Effective time management and organization skillsÂ
- You have a warm and empathetic approach when building relationships and you enjoy building a strong rapport with stakeholders
- You’re curious and love to ask questions and you’re not afraid of handling any objections that may come your way!
- As an SDR/AE at GWI, you’ll often have the opportunity to work with senior leaders as well as your direct peers, so you’ll be comfortable chatting with a diverse range of people
- You’ll be self aware and an active listener, in order to understand our clients needs
- Having an eye for detail and an organised approach to your work would be super helpful tooÂ
