The Opportunity

Our Sales Development team is growing! We’re looking for a motivated, creative, hard-working, resilient, and hungry sales development representative to find and engage well aligned prospects. We are looking for someone results driven and flexible. 

The Sales Development Representative will report to the SDR Manager. The team is at the front lines of the sales process, first point of contact for prospective customers, and plays an instrumental role in Brightflag’s success. Sound like a fit for you?

What You Will Be Doing

  • Prospect into target accounts to source qualified first meetings for Sales
  • Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Manage follow-ups with Marketing-qualified leads generated from content downloads, webinars, and events.
  • Articulate Brightflag’s value proposition clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. 
  • Learn about key personas to drive desired outcomes from prospect engagement
  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with potential customers 
  • Create a positive impression with relevant prospects by providing timely, compassionate, and relevant responses. 
  • Effective liaison between our internal sales, marketing, and product teams.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in the role, you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills. 
  • Organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to go the extra mile to achieve success.
  • Ability and willingness to think outside the box, flag problems, and dynamically problem solve in an ever-changing, metric-driven environment.
  • Experienced using our tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, etc).
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding metrics. 
  • Willing to commit to a hybrid schedule in the Dublin office (2 days per week) 
  • Willing to travel for work events.

Location & Eligibility

This role is hybrid, based in Dublin city centre. We are looking for someone who can commit to 2 days per week in our Dublin office.
