The Role
As a Sales Development Representative based in New York, you will work with our Sales and Partnerships Directors to support the Sales team. This is a terrific opportunity to directly contribute to prospecting, pitching & winning large advertising clients. This role offers the opportunity to work & boost your growth across sales, client services and marketing within adMarketplace. We want you to feel part of our growing team and so aside from your core responsibilities, we give you the opportunity to work on side projects to support our local team (about 30% of your time). We are looking for curious, ambitious go-getters that are ready to be a part of a winning team!
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in depth research about our target prospects using best in class industry tools.
- Support Partnerships Directors by preparing or updating pitch decks and presentations for clients’ meetings and QBRs based on specific strategies previously discussed and agreed.Â
- Liaise internally with the Account Management and the Marketing Team to prepare reports, case studies and any other supporting material and collateral as required.
- Keep Sales and Partnerships folders up to date and organised.
- Update Salesforce on a regular basis.
- Attend clients’ pitches and weekly/bi-weekly calls as required.
- Consistently look for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to company success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; 0-1 years of Digital Media or Sales experience, or recent college graduate
- Strategic thinker who is comfortable using data & insights to identify and solve problems
- Adaptable and able to work within a team, handle multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines
- Excited about bridging business needs with technical prowess and analytical skills to deliver against client KPIs
- Proven ability to set clear and deliverable goals - demonstrated tenacity and a commitment to deliver and be accountable for results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high growth environment
- Search/Digitally savvy, with specific proficiency at Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
