Sales Development Representative (Hybrid London)
Job Description
n8n is a low-code platform for workflow automation and AI app integration, designed for technical users. It simplifies connecting to any app or API and enables the incorporation of AI into business processes. n8n is and has a passionate and engaged community of builders!

Your main goal will be to drive pipeline and help build n8nโs SDR playbook to fuel growth. You will be the front line of our sales efforts, connecting with potential customers and qualifying opportunities that turn into revenue for the business.
To do so, here are your key responsibilities:
1- Engage with prospects
๐ฌ Conduct scheduled prospect meetings, effectively positioning n8n's value
๐ง Reach out to warm leads via email and social media to build rapport
๐ Qualify leads over the phone and uncover potential for further discussions
2- Build pipeline with outbound efforts
๐ Create outbound campaigns that target strategic accounts
๐ Research accounts and identify decision-makers and champions within organizations
๐ค Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor messaging that resonates with prospects
3- Administration & Reporting
๐ Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM
๐ Track your outreach metrics to ensure progress toward quarterly targets
๐ Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on prospect engagement
4- Collaboration with the sales team
๐ค Work closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and the broader sales team to transition qualified leads
๐งโ๐คโ๐ง Develop strategies with Marketing to increase conversion rates from MQLs to SQLs
๐ Learn from cross-functional teams to build product knowledge and sales expertise

Must-have
๐ Based in London: You're based or willing to be based around London and have the capacity to go to the office 3 days a week. You have prior right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship โ ๏ธ
๐ Experience in a B2B SaaS environment: You have experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startups.
๐ฃ๏ธ Strong communication skills: You can articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
๐ Proven track record as a top-performing SDR: You consistently exceed your KPIs and know how to build pipeline.
๐ก Technical curiosity: You love learning about automation and can engage in product-related discussions.
๐ฏ Drive to exceed targets: You are goal-oriented, resilient, and love the challenge of overachieving.
