The Job Details
Logiwa is looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team. As our Sales Development Representative, you will be the starting force of the customer sales journey. You’ll have the opportunity to drive true value for our customers, and act as a key partner to the Account Executive team.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is eager to build a career in the SaaS sales space. They’ve got some selling experience and our looking to build even more, they’ve got excellent communication and customer service skills, and they’re excited about the prospect of working in a startup organization. Â
What you’ll do as a Sales Development Representative
- Qualify prospects against established criteria for handoff to the Account Executives as sales qualified opportunities
- Use prospecting tools to generate new opportunities: calling, emailing, networking, and social outreach
- Effective Requirements utilization of our CRM (Hubspot) to help drive your day to day activity
- Qualify leads and proactively engage inbound prospects
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Schedule discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives
You’ve Got:
- 1-2 years of work experience in business development and prospecting in a software/tech company
- Demonstrated success in qualifying inbound leads and knowledge transfer to the sales team for a B2B SaaS organization
- An understanding of B2B software sales engagement
- An affinity for software and knowledge of the software development process
- A strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and deliverables while managing multiple requests concurrently
- A solid understanding of client pain points and business needs, with a solutions-oriented and consultative approach to problem-solving
- This is an Inside Sales position in our Downtown Chicago Office. We are working in a hybrid office capacity.
