Job Summary:
We arelooking for driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamicteam and spearhead our business-to-business sales initiatives as we lead thegolf customization industry. We're seeking individuals with infectious energy,a penchant for thriving in fast-paced environments, and a knack for metrics.
As an SDR, you'll be at theforefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential clients, primarilyfocusing on custom logo and promotional merchandise sales. The ideal candidateis a proactive self-starter adept at identifying key decision makers, nurturingrelationships, and seizing opportunities. Key Responsibilities:• ProspectEngagement and Lead Generation:
o Establish activecommunication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and salesopenings.
o Serve as the initial point ofcontact for new business prospects, determining the best next steps.
o Drive top-of-the-funnel leadgeneration for Account Executives.• SalesSupport and Collaboration:
o Collaborate with the SalesTeam to drive revenue and pipeline growth, including setting qualified connectionsfor Account Executives.
o Meet sales revenue andreferral revenue targets.• MultichannelCommunication Management:
o Multitask across phone,email, chat, and CRM platforms for effective prospect engagement. • CRMManagement:
o Update and manage all salesactivities, opportunities, and account information in CRM systems.• QuotaAchievement:
o Consistently achieve monthlyquota of qualified opportunities.• IndustryKnowledge and Awareness:
o Stay up to date on newproducts within the company and golf industry to facilitate informedconversations and sales efforts.
Qualifications:• Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.• 1-2years of relevant professional experience.• Demonstrateddrive for achievement while contributing to organizational success.• In-depthknowledge of golf, golf products and brand awareness.• Skilledin conducting outreach activities like cold calling and emailing.• Proficientin time management and organization.• Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills.• Alignment with Golfballs.com core values: Teamwork, Accountability,Innovation, Exceeding Expectations, and Positive Energy.
Compensation:• Full-time, base plus commission first year earning expectation of$55,000+.
o Concept is 30k base with an expected 25k+ in commissions.
