Sales Development Representative (New York, NY / Remote, US)

As a Sales Development Representative reporting into Demand Organization, you will be the first impression as a customer begins their journey with Bombora, and are a driver for major growth at a company that is the undisputed leader in the exploding B2B Intent data category. This role will qualify leads and generate new sales opportunities from a combination of marketing and self-sourced leads.
You will…
- Identify new pipeline opportunities via discovery and qualification meetings
- Respond to inbound contact or demo requests within minutes
- Reach out to prospects that engage with relevant Bombora content or tools (like Company Surge Alerts) to offer an opportunity to have a broader discussion about Intent data at their company
- Qualify or disqualify prospect contacts based on available ICP and customer fit
- Coordinate booking and holding meetings between prospects and our Account Executives.
- Leverage technology stack to perform outbound prospecting for target account
- Accountable for weekly, monthly and quarterly OKRs centered around driving revenue
You have…
- 1 - 2 years of Previous B2B Sales Development / Inside Sales experience
- Prior experience in technology sales or digital advertising is a plus
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, especially sales leadership as a top performer (#1 quota-carrying rep, for example)
- Experience with the following technologies:
- Salesforce CRM, HubSpot CRM, or similar CRM databases
- Outreach.io, SalesLoft, or similar sales engagement platforms
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- G Suite by Google Cloud (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Compensation Package
- The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 plus commission target of $20,000.00. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
