Sales Development Representative - North America (Based in Texas)

This role whilst remote requires you to be based in Texas. Your responsibilities as a North America Sales Development Representative will be to book meetings with the right people at the right companies. You will work collaboratively with experienced sales Account Executives to find new sales opportunities.
You will be responsible for handling both inbound leads, but predominantly for outbound prospecting to target customers (the classic ‘hunter’). You’ll be introducing GoCardless to new prospects, identifying the client's pains, uncovering opportunities, and growing the pipeline through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, video and phone calls. This will entail researching and identifying relevant stakeholders in the sales decision-making process.
This role will be part of an established, high performing sales function that consistently overachieves against their targets. We’re remote-first in North America, with frequent team gatherings and get-togethers.

- Experience in an outbound B2B sales role is always beneficial, especially if you’ve used SalesLoft before
- Experience using Salesforce, working in a start-up or FinTech company are all beneficial but not required
