The Role
Jump-start your sales career or take it to the next level with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) position at DoorLoop, one of America’s Best Startup Employers of 2024 (as rated by Forbes). DoorLoop is looking for an SDR who can educate and qualify leads to create opportunities for the Account Executives (AEs) on our Sales Team to close. The SDR will leverage excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and business acumen to build relationships with leads. In this role, you will master the ability to align our solutions with the needs and objectives of a prospective clients' business.Â
What you will do here:
- Deliver a world-class customer experience for prospects and customers of DoorLoop
- Efficiently qualify and follow up on inbound leads (demo requests, rescheduling support) via phone, email, and text.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to potential customers
- Document all interactions and findings with leads in our CRM (Salesforce), and create a seamless handoff process to AEs
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to iterate on strategy, optimize deal flow, and improve lead quality
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for demos set and held
- Achieve or exceed daily and weekly output quotas around the number of calls made, emails sent, demos confirmed and customers contacted
- Actively outbound prospect (cold-calling and messaging) and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
Requirements
- 1 year of prior sales experience or a college degree
Requirements
- Adept computer skills including proficiency with Google Suite
- High-drive and sense of urgency - comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and ability to stay organized
- Willingness to adapt and participate in constant testing with iterations as the company grows and the role changes over time
- Self-motivated individual who is comfortable with consistent coaching to learn, grow, and develop their role with the company
- Autonomous and hard-working individual demonstrating a strong and consistent work ethic
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and technologies to diverse audiences
- Team player accustomed to putting the best interests of the group ahead of the individual while maintaining an honest, ethical, and respectful workplace
Bonus Points
- Any experience working in SaaS or (another technical product) is a big plus
- Any experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce is a plus)
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, experience having and achieving a quota
- Multiple languages is a plus, but not necessary
