At Saltalk, we believe food is one of the easiest, and most effective ways to deliver happiness. We make it easy for food entrepreneurs to feed their customers delicious and authentic meals. We successfully launched our first virtual kitchen in Santa Clara with 12 food entrepreneurs. This year we are expanding to 2 more locations with total 70+ food entrepreneurs in silicon valley.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead our sales development team and help us achieve our revenue goals. As an SDR Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of SDRs who are responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments with potential customers. Your role will involve managing the sales pipeline, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing coaching and mentorship to your team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of SDRs to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, lead qualification, and lead nurturing.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to SDRs to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the SDR team, providing regular feedback and guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales development or similar role.
- 2+ years of experience in a management or team lead role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in the food industry or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
