Job Description
As our YouTube Sales Development Representative (SDR) you’ll be part of our Social Video Growth Team, working closely with the Operational team to carry out the game plan for enterprises/sports accounts mainly in Youtube. Your job will be to source companies and make the initial contact, educate the customer on our capabilities, get them excited about our solution, arranging qualified meetings with the final goal of closing the deals!
Responsibilities
- Passionately and extensive knowledge about YouTube ecosystem and other social media platforms.
- Create a fantastic first impression with prospects, while helping to build pipeline
- You teach first and sell effectively later
- Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in target accounts
- Feel comfortable making a bunch of calls per day, sending emails, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects
- Conduct successful business meetings
- Keep your pipeline and forecasting super up to date.
- Working closely with our Account Managers to identify and develop cross-sales and upsales opportunities
Qualifications
Requirements to succeed
- 2+ years of working experience in similar roles (inside sales, sales executive, etc) focused on different markets
- Fluent in English & Native Spanish
- YouTube knowledge
- Background and/or knowledge of ContentID and Sports (Mainly football) environment
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Fearless approach to outbound prospecting
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment - moves quickly, think strategically, and is good at tactical execution.
- Organization skills
Nice to have , it’s a bonus!
- Proven experience working for the SaaS, Digital or tech/software industry
