What the job is

  • Research and deeply understand manufacturers their challenges and motivations
  • Prospect into new accounts through outbound and inbound channels
  • Craft thoughtful compelling outreach tailored to different audiences
  • Qualify leads and generate high-quality opportunities for Account Executives
  • Work closely with Account Executives to align on messaging and strategy
  • Partner with Marketing to test refine and improve campaigns
  • Aggressively learn new industries skills and product knowledge
  • Track and manage your pipeline with discipline and accuracy
  • Relentlessly pursue your targets while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Demand personal growth from yourself and raise your own bar over time

  • Account Executives who will close the deals you help create

Salary range & benefits

  • $50000–$60000 base // $122000–$132000 OTE (uncapped) + equity
  • 401(k) matching after 90 days — immediate vesting

Candidates should be able to commute to our Minneapolis office or be willing to relocate.
