Are you a Sales Executive with experience building relationships and closing business with Casino Marketing Executives? Do you love working in an entrepreneurial culture with unlimited upside? It provides web-based incentive programs that engage users online to deliver the desired outcome-from a short-term goal of driving a brick-and-mortar retail visit to enhance lifetime customer value.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting activities including cold and referral calls.
  • Work with our team to develop and execute sales plans and account penetration strategies.
  • Apply knowledge of Company products to show how prospects can overcome business pain points.
  • Deliver a steady stream of qualified leads to meet quarterly quotas and fill the sales pipeline.
  • Track and document prospecting activities and opportunity qualification notes.
  • Close accounts and drive Company revenue

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have a high aptitude for learning and must be self-driven in a high opportunity environment.
  • Ability to articulate and personalize the value proposition of the software MarTech solution to executive-level stakeholders.
  • History of consistent over-achievement of sales quotas.
  • Proven experience penetrating at the executive level (CEO, CMO CIO, VP, and Director level).
  • Expertise selling to Casino and Tribal Casino Companies
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A motivated, driven and self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Minimum 1-2 years of successful experience in lead generation and closing new accounts.
  • Understanding of Software sales and Marketing required
  • 4-year college degree preferred
