Sales Director

Cleverbridge is looking for experienced Sales Directors to contribute to the success and growth of our company.
Your Background

• You have 10+ years of technology/software enterprise sales experience
• You offer a convincing vision-based narrative, can articulate business outcomes, develop winning business case proposals and align messaging to a variety of senior enterprise stakeholders
• You have exceptional levels of drive, motivation and can demonstrate high performance in your career
• You are a creative and resourceful 'doer' able to operate using your own judgment and not afraid to try new approaches
• You have both big and small company experience
• You have a growth mind-set and always keen to learn and improve
• You are confident but humble and your attention is naturally geared towards what you do not know vs what you know

Your Responsibilities

• Lead from the front: Take an active role in hunting and converting accounts via personal involvement in meetings with key decision makers on the client side and throughout the sales process
• Open VP level and above doors for sales opportunities
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
• Monitor and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
• Draft detailed and accurate sales reports
• Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
• Network with peers at other organizations to grow relevant network
• Document critical sales activities and conversations in a professional timely manner to customers and ensure update of Company's CRM solution
• Represent the company at industry events and in relevant communities
• Lead and support negotiation preparation, presentation, and conclusion
