Role Overview:We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Director to spearhead our sales initiatives and lead our talented team of Account Executives. Reporting directly to Jeff, our CEO, you will play a fundamental role in propelling us to the next revenue tier, unlocking fresh opportunities and avenues for our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage, Lead, and Mentor: Inspire, guide, manage, mentor, and grow our team of Account Executives, ensuring they have the resources and motivation to succeed.
- Strategic Planning: Design and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring the smooth transition from leads to opportunities to loyal customers.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine our offerings and ensure we're meeting the needs of our amazing customers.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive improvements.
- Sales Targets Ownership: Assume responsibility for achieving quarterly sales targets, with compensation being On-Target Earnings (OTE) variable based on these goals.
- Proven experience in leading sales teams, preferably within the SaaS sector.
- Passionate about the nonprofit sector and Boardable's mission.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Willingness to work cooperatively across departments and to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.
