This role is a senior leadership position responsible for driving regional sales strategy, revenue growth, and enterprise client engagement. You will lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and hands-on support to maximize sales results. The position combines strategic planning with operational execution, overseeing pipeline development, client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration. Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy and annual plan to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to ensure high performance, professional development, and achievement of individual and team targets.
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings, collaborating with internal teams to deliver compelling solutions and drive business development.
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and business efficiencies to ensure accurate reporting and sales execution.
  • Build and maintain strong revenue-generating relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and enterprise clients.
  • Ensure effective communication and representation of the company’s brand across all external interactions.
  • Implement and monitor sales policies, processes, and best practices to drive consistent performance.
  • Requirements

    • 10+ years of proven success leading enterprise sales teams, preferably in cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or technology services.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive results with consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
    • Proven track record of building, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams.
    • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and operational execution skills.
    • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
    • Energetic, client-focused, and proactive with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment while prioritizing key initiatives.
    • Willingness to travel as required and flexibility to engage with enterprise clients and partners across the region.
