Sales Director, Anaplan SPM

We are looking for a Sales Director to join our Revenue Excellence Practice within our Anaplan SPM Service Line.
As a Sales Director you’ll be a key member of our Go-To-Market team and work cross-functionally with our leaders on sales, account management, and marketing to build strategic alignment, develop strategy, and execute senior management’s vision.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
Develop and execute on go to market strategic plans
Global sales management and growth
Drive net new business and new projects for our Anaplan SPM service line
Partner directly with Revenue Excellence leadership and sales team on demand generation, account planning, and related go to market strategies
Manage sales KPIs
Develop and provide sales enablement that is needed to optimize productivity
Demonstrate understanding of concepts related to pipeline velocity, opportunity structure, key milestones, and coaching the sales process
Expand relationships with existing clients by identifying solutions that meet their objectives
Partner with our delivery team to present client proposals
Work closely with our marketing team to develop campaigns and drive demand generation
Travel requirements up to 50%
Has experience working with Software AEs (i.e Anaplan, Oracle, Salesforce)
Consultative selling approach (Value-driven)
Qualifications:
8 - 10 years of experience in cloud technology or professional service-related sales
3 -5 years of experience selling sales performance management technologies
Proven track record of success driving adoption of disruptive technologies within enterprise accounts.
Experience using CRM systems for tracking and managing sales opportunities – Salesforce.com preferred
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and willing to share best practices to enhance the practice’s ability to be successful
Experience presenting to executive leadership
