Job Description

THE ROLE 📝 

Reporting into our Global Head of Specialist Sales and Partnerships, you’ll be joining a team of highly experienced senior sales experts responsible for all aspects of the end-to-end sales process.  

As a Fraud Sales Director, you’ll grow Form3's new A2A Fraud Product into a fully market leading solution, collaborating with Form3's strategic partners in the Data and Orchestration business line. Being a fraud evangelist, you’ll champion the value that Form3's fraud solution provides both to customers and in growing Form3's revenue. 

  • Develop and nurture new & existing relationships with new prospects and customers through to contracting, supporting all ongoing new sales opportunities and activities through the customer lifecycle (contract renewals, cross sales opportunities, etc.)  
  • Act as the customer advocate into Form3 for delivery of functionality and quality of service. 
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Form3's partners in the Fraud industry. 
  • Drive market communications, sales campaigns and promote company news across social media channels. 
  • Represent Form3 at industry specific events. 

 

WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🔍 

A seasoned sales professional with experience selling fraud solutions into Banks and/or regulated businesses, that is passionate about fraud, technology, and the banking/regulated sector.  

Essential 

  • 5+ years experience selling to Banks/Financial Institutes. 
  • 3+ years experience in Fraud, preferably payment specific. 
  • Track record of successful sales, with evidence of exceeding targets. 
  • Exemplary stakeholder relationship skills (both internal and external), confident negotiating at C-level. 

Desirable 

  • A fraud industry expert, with high level of knowledge of all fraud regulations and industry directions, trends, and emerging solutions.
  • Network across Banks/Financial Institutes 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Fintech / Tech-first company 
  • Product commercialisation / Go-to-market experience
