Sales Director II
Job Description
What will you do at Nomad?
Achieves geographical revenue and market share growth by generating new and increased utilization of Nomad Health by:
- Deploying consultative selling strategies
- Establishing and leveraging long term vendor relationships
- Negotiating best-in-class contractual terms
- Fostering effective internal partnerships while navigating internal processes
Responsibilities include:
- Expand individual knowledge of healthcare staffing and market trends, industry analyst updates, and competitive data by reviewing internal and external sources (journals, articles, studies, interactions with clients, etc) in order to more effectively serve the client as a trusted advisor, and consult on Nomad Health
- Establish client contact through phone calls, video conferences, emails, and in-person meetings to present solutions to solve current financial, operational, and workforce planning challenges
- Develop and deliver presentations aligned with branding guidelines to communicate valued solutions to client contacts and decision makers (C-Suite, operational leaders, etc)Â
- Present to clients the benefit of exclusive orders, auto offer, clinical interview programs using individual expertise of market conditions, Nomad service options, and future trends.
- Following receipt of contract agreement from client, negotiate terms and rates to ensure items are compliant with requirements, service standards, and competitive within the market
- Foster effective partnerships with Client Sales and Account Management team members, compliance, and Billing to review and/or renew contracts to ensure accuracy, timely processing, and increased probability of a win-win client relationship
- Collaborate with Account Management to efficiently resolve escalated issues varying from existing contract terms and audit of job postings to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction
- Communicate regularly with Account Management to educate on the facility file submission process, highlight attractive opportunities, leading to increased conversion of orders to TOA
- Design, track, and review Annual Territory Plan, including regular meetings with Client Sales team members, to develop strategies and overcome obstacles for achieving revenue-based targets
- Partner with cross-divisional team members and leaders to get approval or feedback on proposed contract terms, and coordinate to resolve client issues to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Continually benchmark and improve current fill rate where applicable.
- Establish long term goals for increased file flow, reduced submit to offer criteria
- Conduct quarterly and annually business reviews
- Understand and grow knowledge of Nomad Health technology and facilitate client exposure
- Utilize salesforce and other Nomad platforms to track and navigate activity criteria and dashboard reporting
Who are you?
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years sales in the Staffing or Healthcare industry with emphasis on meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals Â
- Experience in Sub-Acute Sales
- Experience in Allied Staffing Sales
