You will join a fast-scaling SaaS company operating at the intersection of digital publishing, retail, and e-commerce, where the focus is on helping global brands transform content into high-performing digital experiences. In this role, you will take full ownership of revenue growth in the Spanish market, driving expansion across both mid-market and enterprise segments. You will operate as a senior commercial leader, combining strategic market development with hands-on deal execution. The position requires deep understanding of the Spanish retail and e-commerce landscape, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Working in a fully remote, high-autonomy environment, you will shape go-to-market strategy while directly contributing to revenue outcomes. This is a high-impact role for a self-driven leader who thrives in ownership-based, performance-oriented cultures.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Spanish market, focusing on retail and e-commerce segments
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing enterprise and mid-market deals
  • Build and maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline in collaboration with marketing teams
  • Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers
  • Develop deep expertise in the Spanish retail and e-commerce ecosystem, including market trends and key players
  • Translate customer needs into value-based solutions that support long-term partnerships and revenue growth
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and identify expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine positioning and improve market fit
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and clear reporting on pipeline, performance, and growth opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events and key customer engagements in Spain
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with strong expertise in SaaS and consultative selling
    • Deep knowledge of the Spanish retail and e-commerce market, including key dynamics and decision-making processes
    • Proven track record of managing and closing complex enterprise and mid-market deals
    • Consistent history of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in competitive environments
    • Strong ability to build pipeline and generate new business opportunities independently
    • Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to translate customer challenges into business value
    • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish (mandatory) and strong English communication skills
    • Experience working in fully remote and asynchronous environments
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior-level audiences
    • Self-driven, high-ownership mindset with a focus on execution and results
