Required:

Experienced in playing a blended role of a farmer (70%) + hunter (30%) in the capacity of sales executive, account manager
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Strong experience in account management and cross selling in across LOB's
Manage and work with delivery managers to ensure & leverage successful outcomes
Local market knowledge and strong network of contacts in the region
Experience in value-based, outcome-driven solution sales
Proven and consistence performance in achieving and exceeding Sales quota YOY
