Sales Director Senior Living

Augustana Apartments of Minneapolis, an independent and assisted living campus, is seeking an energetic, customer service centric person to join our team as our Director of Sales for Senior Living Assisted Living! In this role, you will meet with prospective residents to come and live in our vibrant senior independent and assisted living campus in Minneapolis! To be successful, you will raise brand awareness through networking, social media, community events and have stellar interpersonal skills when meeting with prospective residents, adult children and healthcare professionals who inquire about living options for loved ones and clients. 

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage intake line, delegate prospects between sales directors.
• Manage own prospects start to finish.
• GRH/ Housing Support Lead.
• Establish and maintain external partnerships/community relations.
• Unit Management - CRM lead.
• Promote and coordinate events to attract new residents and community partners. 
• Manage database with names.
• Work in an ethical manner to ensure compliance is in place for senior living.
• Build an organic waitlist of prospect residents and managing the waitlist for the independent living side.
• Identify care transition opportunities utilizing Cassia services - home care, hospice, adult day services and outpatient therapy.
• Meet and exceed occupancy goals.
• Establish and foster professional relationships with partners and potential residents.
• Create and implement an effective marketing plan.
• Lead monthly marketing meetings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a marketing or sales.
• Genuine interest in caring about people and where they call 'home'.
• Knowledge of marketing plans and goal attainment.
• Experience in senior living or similar setting is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media tools.
• Exceptional time management and communications skills.
