This is a senior, high-impact role driving revenue growth and market expansion across the Spanish retail and e-commerce landscape. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while shaping strategic initiatives that maximize customer value and long-term partnerships. Working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment, you will combine hands-on selling with leadership, building pipelines, leading complex enterprise deals, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will act as a market expert, providing insights that influence product positioning, marketing, and customer success strategies. This role offers autonomy, high ownership, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on growth in Spain while representing the company externally at industry events.
Accountabilities:
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for retail and e-commerce clients across Spain, driving new business and revenue growth
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing high-value deals
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, generating qualified opportunities in close collaboration with marketing
- Lead complex enterprise and mid-market deals, navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Act as the Spanish retail and e-commerce expert, bringing market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to influence company strategy
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers, identify expansion opportunities, and optimize the customer journey
- Accurately forecast performance, communicate risks and opportunities, and represent the company externally at key events and customer meetings
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in SaaS and consultative selling
- Deep knowledge of the Spanish retail and e-commerce market, including key players, buying cycles, and value drivers
- Proven ability to lead complex enterprise and mid-market deals from pipeline to close, consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Fluent in Spanish (native or near-native) and proficient in English
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate customer pain into business outcomes and long-term partnerships
- Experience working in remote-first, asynchronous environments using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and modern sales enablement stacks
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable taking full ownership of regional growth and execution
