Job Description

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a marketing intern with interest in sales education and knowledge transfer. The successful candidate will possess excellent time-management and organizational skills and will be able to apply critical thinking to evaluate existing training, education, and knowledge repositories. This person should have strong interpersonal skills as they will frequently consult with, and make recommendations to, Product and Sales leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current eLearning, education, and training available in Toshiba's learning management tool (Saba), based on relevancy criteria established by product and subject matter experts

  • Create lists of out-of-date content for retiring
  • Identify gaps in current education
  • Effectively version and date-stamp existing content

  • Present findings and recommendations to management

  • Recommend new content, onboarding roadmap, and learning objectives

  • Identify key players to act as SMEs and reviewers

Required Skills:

  • This role is open to undergraduate students currently enrolled in a four-year degree program, majoring in marketing or business
  • Creative, strategic thinking, and logical reasoning skills.

  • Capable of taking direction and working independently on assigned tasks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse team members as needed.
  • Strong usage of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
