As the Sales Effectiveness Manager, you'll occupy a pivotal role that drives the success of our North America Service organization. Your responsibilities encompass Salesforce.com enhancements, project management, and addressing issues to bolster our operations. We're seeking an individual who possesses a comprehensive grasp of the Salesforce platform, enabling them to comprehend our current setup and align it with our business objectives to swiftly pinpoint areas for enhancement. The ideal candidate excels in collaborating with stakeholders across all levels, adeptly translating technical details into simplified terms. This communication skill extends to articulating design options and acceptance criteria with clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Translate global and regional business strategies into actionable enhancement requests for Salesforce.com. Collaborate with our vendor partners to execute these enhancements effectively.
  • Utilize Key Performance Indicators to enhance Sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Innovate and implement sales and channel tools on digital platforms. These tools will be pivotal in driving sales force effectiveness and channel management (SFDC, CPQ, Incentive Tracker).
  • Develop and deploy sales support and engagement tools, including the SIP calculator.
  • Offer versatile support to Sales Operations and Sales Management, addressing training and break-fix needs.
  • Lead the business team for Sales-related Salesforce.com enhancements and projects, overseeing User Acceptance Testing and Change Management processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Holder of Salesforce.com Administrator Credentials
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or Data/Analytics
  • Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator
  • Proficiency in Windows applications and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
