TheSales Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns using Salesloft to help drive demand generation for Zayo's solutions and products. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product and Vertical marketing teams, sales enablement team, and other marketing teams to ensure that we maximize marketing-attributed opportunities and win revenue.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing and dotted line reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement.
Minimum Qualifications
Base pay range: $60,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience

- Develop and execute seller-focused email marketing campaigns using Salesloft to support Zayo products, solutions, and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
- Analyze and optimize email campaigns to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Segment email lists and tailor messaging based on audience and behavior.
- Ensure all email campaigns adhere to email best practices, legal requirements, and spam regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and email marketing best practices to inform campaign strategies.
- Analyze program results, lead quality, and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Act as a liaison and facilitate communication between marketing and sales teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the technology industry
- Experience with email marketing automation platforms such as Salesloft, Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot
- Deep understanding of sales mindset and behavior
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and A/B testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in sales enablement or sales preferred, but not required
Base pay range: $60,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience
