This is a fully Remote and Work From Home (WFH) opportunity within the US
Science 37 is accelerating the research and development of breakthrough biomedical treatments by bringing clinical trials to patients' homes. The Science 37 Operating System (OS) enables universal access to patients and providers, leading to faster enrollment, greater retention and a more representative patient population. To help us achieve our goal, we are seeking a Sales Enablement AnalystĀ eager to make an impact within a mission-driven organization.
The Sales Enablement Analyst will work closely with the Business Development Associate (BDA) and Business Development (BD) Teams to support driving new business opportunities and internal process improvements. This position involves collecting and analyzing internal and external data sources to identify, qualify, and provide/triage leads, contacts, and accounts for the BDA and BD Teams. Work cross-functionally with the Marketing team on supporting conferences/webinars as well as reaching out to conference attendees and various leads. Looking for an organized, detail-oriented and creative problem-solver.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include but are not limited to:Ā
- Aggregating key information from new prospective accounts and developing an account profile including company overview, executive team, relationship mapping, upcoming opportunities, recent funding events, and other areas that can be leveraged by BD and BDA Teams for engaging new accountsĀ
- Facilitating the collection and management of selling/marketing content from that includes capabilities presentations, fact sheets, white papers, case studies and other content that can be leveraged by the BD and BDA Teams for prospectingĀ
- Working with Sales Operations team on process improvements related to lead/target account identification, prioritization, and assignment to BD and BDA TeamsĀ
- Working with the BDA team on process improvements and creating internal documentsĀ
- Coordination between the Marketing and BD/BDA Teams on conferences/webinars that includes:
- Managing and sharing the upcoming calendar of events
- Attending planning meetings and sharing communication
- Identifying relevant targets from prospects lists and reaching out to them
- Managing the BDA Google Drive
- Participating in BD and BDA meetings to ensure consistency and alignment to activity.
- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Cold calling and email outreach to low priority leads
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows and triaging them to business development directors and associates or reaching out to them directly
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
QualificationsĀ
The following qualifications are preferred and/or equivalent applicable experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferably in business and/or life sciences)
- Knowledge of clinical development process
- Experience in, Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship development and/or life sciences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail
- CRM (Salesforce) skills in managing a customer relationship databaseĀ
- Effective written interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct research using various online resources
- Strong problem-solving skills relating to diligently qualifying and researching clients
- High attention to detail, accuracy and organizational, skills
- Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines preferred

CapabilitiesĀ
- Position will require some domestic and possible international travel (as needed), for project team meetings, client presentations, and other professional meetings/conferences (as needed).
- Ability to communicate in English (both verbal and written)
REPORTING
The incumbent reports to the Senior Business Development Associate or Vice President of Business Development and will need to establish and maintain strong collaborations with internal business partners withinĀ Sales and Marketing.
