The Opportunity
As the Sales Enablement Consultant, you will provide data, support and tools that enable our sales teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, identify their market opportunities and target the highest potential sales opportunities.
The Team
The MMI Strategy & Executive team is a small team that works closely with the broader MMI organization to ensure overall alignment. The team is comprised of various roles, all partnering across the MMI ecosystem to support the effectiveness of the organization. As a small team, we support each other, all looking to roll up our sleeves and contribute where needed.
The Impact:
As the Sales Enablement Consultant, you will be a key partner to the sales teams! We will look to you to own the various sales tools and data, providing insights and analysis on sales opportunities. This role will build out a holistic view of the current sales tools and available data, including assessing the effectiveness of each, identifying gaps or areas for improvement and making recommendations to continuously improve and address gaps.
Primary Responsibilities include:
  • Provide primary support for external and internal sales teams for key market data tools such as Morningstar, Fi360 and RPAG
  • Responsible for collecting data from sources, and producing meaningful reporting and analysis
  • Use data analysis from various sales tools, as well as research of best practices and industry tools, to make meaningful recommendations to support our sales team and increase sales
  • Provide business support for National Accounts
  • Serve as "super user" for WalletShare and Brightscope to support sales teams
  • Update and maintain consultant databases
  • Serve as point of contact with vendors to resolve issues, such as data integrity and functionality

The Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years financial services experience working with sales
  • 1+ year of experience in data analysis
  • 1+ year of experience with sales reporting and tools
  • HS diploma or GED

The Ideal Qualifications
  • Prior experience or general knowledge of mutual funds / investments.
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary Range:
$86,200.00-$113,100.00
