The opportunity
As TA’s Sales and Revenue Enablement Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting a structured approach to sales training and enablement. This role will be responsible for partnering with all Sales channels and geographies, plus cross-functionally working with our Operations, Strategic, Enterprise, Mid Market, Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to help empower our sales team, increase alignment cross-departmentally, and facilitate workflows that best support our customers and audience.
Success in this position requires detail oriented thinking, a bias towards action and execution, comfort with KPI reporting and project management skills. An ability to partner with and influence a wide variety of key stakeholders plus a foundational understanding of sales processes and tools is critical. The candidate should be open minded to challenge the status quo and thrive while working in a complex and rapidly changing organization.
What you'll do
- Coaching and training the sales team on selling skills, sales methodology and process improvement
- Develop training curriculum and content and launching within LMS
- Facilitating and assisting with sales calls and deals when necessary
- Coordinate all deliverables, timelines, and execution for integrated campaigns with sales, sales support, and operations
- Supporting the sales processes from pre-sales to proposals and post sale
- Partnering with numerous stakeholders to drive sales performance and align sales training initiatives to business priorities
- Partnering with sales leadership to identify priorities and enablement needs
- Reviewing sales pipeline and determining performance gaps to accelerate sales cycle
- Analyzing CRM data to identify bottlenecks in the sales process and improve efficiencies
- Creating competency-based assessments to measure training impact and identify ongoing performance gaps
- Maximizing revenue per sales representative
Who you are
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
- Strong knowledge of sales effectiveness (skills/ knowledge training) with preference to those with 1-2 years in direct sales roles
- Experience analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and operation
- Strong coaching skill with demonstrated ability to motivate team members to achieve goals
- eLearning design and development experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to act independently and effectively prioritize while leading projects managing timelines
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders
- Creative and innovative approaches to sales training design and delivery
- Bonus points for LMS administration, selling SaaS, Demand Generation, and/or marketing tactics

Salary Range
TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Â
Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Annual pay range
$55,000—$65,000 USD
