Job Overview

SchoolMint is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Coordinator (ESC) who will partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Contracts, and Finance to support the overall needs of the SchoolMint selling model including, but not limited to: Enablement and Training, Technology and Systems Implementation, Policy and Process Adherence, and CRM Management and Reporting. Coordinator to join our team. 

This role is one half strategic thinking and one half executing.   The Enterprise Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administration related to pre and post-sale activities for Enterprise Accounts. This role will support a National Sales team to ensure timely delivery and execution of the sales process. The Enterprise  Sales Coordinator must possess strong communication and organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.   The Enterprise Sales Coordinator (ESC) will also partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Contracts, and Finance to support the overall needs of the SchoolMint selling model including, but not limited to: Enablement and Training, Technology and Systems Implementation, Policy and Process Adherence, and CRM Management and Reporting.

What You Will Do:

  • Proactively manage sales opps and ensure pipeline is current, clean, and up-to-date across the sales org. Provide trend analysis, problem/gap feedback, and general guidance to sales mgmt on improved pipeline mgmt and velocity.
  • Review data and reports and identify trends and opportunities to drive additional cross-sell, upsell, and multi-products solutions across the sales team. 
  • Support Enterprise customer Quotes and Contracts completion and review; coordinate with Sales Manager and outside counsel accordingly. Use data to make recommendations about bottlenecks and areas for improvement across the sales process.
  • Train staff on Salesforce opportunity management, reporting and best practices. 
  • Track long term sales data and trends and provide feedback to increase wins and improve time to close.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to track key KPIs and effective reporting.
  • Support existing technologies and implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams. Implement best practices.
  • Support all stages of the sales cycle.

About You:

  • 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in a growth-focused role such as sales enablement and operations, Sales strategy, business development, or learning and development
  • Knowledge in sales processes and methodology with experience in K-12 education is a plus
  • Superior communication and presentation skills a must
  • Knowledge of systems or other enablement applications (Salesforce and Excel)  is a BIG PLUS
  • Previous experience in supporting/delivering sales results or business impact
  • Skills in research, data gathering and analysis.
  • Experience and knowledge of digital marketing channels, measurement tools and metrics, best practices and trends.
