Job Overview
SchoolMint is seeking a highly motivated, data-driven, hands-on, and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Analyst who will partner with key stakeholders across the Revenue, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams to support the overall needs of the SchoolMint Enablement function. This role is unique in that it marries sales skills development with sales strategy and data analysis: itβs half execution and half strategy.Β
The Enablement Analyst will provide operational support related to pre- and post-sale activities, primarily focused on Enterprise accounts, and leverage insights derived from their analyses to support the Head of Enablement in improving sales processes and outcomes. The Enablement Analyst must hold themselves to a high bar, possess strong communication and organization skills, have an incredible eye for detail, and be curious.
What You Will Do:
(1) Sales data analysis and Enablement content development:
- Proactively manage sales opportunities and ensure that sales pipeline is current, clean, and up-to-date across the sales organization
- Engage in Salesforce data analysis to reveal trends, opportunities, threats to the organization, as well as general feedback around pipeline management and velocity
- Leverage insights derived from reporting analysis to inform opportunities for growth and development across the sales team; making recommendations about bottlenecks and areas for improvement across the sales process
- Support the facilitation and content development of Sales Enablement training sessions, particularly around Salesforce opportunity management and solution selling best practices
- Track long term sales data and trends and provide feedback on how to increase wins and improve time to close
(2) Contract management, primary at the Enterprise level:
- Support all stages of the sales cycle with particular focus on Enterprise quote and contract management, collaborating and coordinating with Sales Managers and outside counsel accordingly
- Work closely with Sales Leaders to track key KPIs and ensure accurate and effective reporting
About You:
- 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in a growth-focused role such as sales enablement, business operations, sales strategy, business development, or learning and development
- Strong Salesforce skills, including running reports, building dashboards, and keen understanding of sales pipeline management best practices
- Previous experience in supporting/delivering sales results or business impact
- Superior communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Knowledge in sales processes and methodology, experience in K-12 education is a plus
- Experience and expertise with Google Sheets/Slides and/or MS Excel/PPT
- Skills in research, data gathering and analysis
